Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, or COD) within 7-10 business days after the product is returned.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-refundable Items

• Certain products, such as customized or perishable items, are non-refundable.
